This kid, and 99% of the collegiate athletes that get criticized, deserves a break. He isn't a great QB. Oh well, get over it. Michael Robinson wasn't a great QB in his first season. And look at him, he ended up becoming a pretty decent backup running back in the NFL. Damn, I thought I could get through this without a jab at Penn State. Guess I was wrong

This will happen next year for Ohio State. That Robinson guy spoiled Penn State fans. Morelli doesn't win as many games - he gets death threats. The same will happen for Ohio State's next quarterback, whether it's Boeckman, Schoenhoft, Henton, or God. He will not win as many games as Troy Smith did, and too many of the fans will hate him.

Obviously death threats are over the line, but if half of what I have read on Morelli is true I have little sympathy for his taking flack. The kid should have redshirted his Frosh year but he and his Dad insisted he play. So if you are going to flaunt your ego, well let's just call it Karma.


And a bit OT, but do women get more satisfaction from insensitive pricks? It would seem to follow.
