Peach Bowl: #1 Georgia vs #4 tOSU, Sat 12/31 8 ET on ESPN

I would have rather lost by 5 touchdowns. That's easy to accept. This one hurts, especially when not expecting much before the game.

Oh well, life goes on, but this still sucks.

It really does suck. But its also a big old nothing in the big picture. I know you best friend died last year. My mom died last year. That what REALLY sucks. This is nothing important. Life goes on!

Bucks had it. HAD it. Like, 2 scores in 4th at Bucks level should be managed to a win.

Ball and 30 yard line…I thought that was a win.

And tonights winner was the National Champ. 100%

The ball was thrown as Ohio State's receiver was being held. The ball is tipped. So, for a moment in time the ball was in the air, before being tipped, while our player is being held. That is pass interference. It was at least holding, but it was also pass interference. Real Herbstreit even explained this (about the only goddamn call he analyzed correctly).
And the ball was not tipped immediately either. It was a little bit downfield, meaning there is absolutely still interference.

I just can't understand the run call....makes absolutely no sense...I have defended Day a long time and will continue...but what coach is happy with a 50 yard FG attemp when you have time to run 3 to 4 plays!
It was a try to catch them in everyone dropping thinking pass and getting a. Free 5 10 yards call. Did it work no. Did I like it not with the way CJ was dealing. But I get what he was thinking

It was NFL shit when they all get paid. Like…we’re good. Run it and let the pro kicker pay my check.

Sick about this
That's what pissed me off. We were playing with house money. Day talked about playing loose with nothing to lose. Then on that last two drives, he reverts to the wooden playcalling that is so goddamned frustrating. That final sequence was unforgivable. This is Ohio State, there are no moral victories.

The guys before him set some lofty standards and built a machine. Ryan Day isn't meeting those standards.

Top 2 RBs out. Top 2 WRs out. TE out. Lose by 1 to #1 in a game they could have won. I'll take it. Hurts like he'll, but I'll take it

Exactly. And, at the very least Herb did acknowledge that. Most of the time when we have all our key players out, no one says a fucking word.

I've been incredibly critical of Stroud. Never really thought he was the right fit. But, I'll be the first to admit I was wrong. He stepped up when he had to and practically carried the game. Fuck, I have no idea who was playing which positions anymore bc no one was left! I wouldn't have been surprised to see Brutus take a snap. Or someone from the band.

This was a really good game. Losing by 1 in the last second definitely constitutes a heartbreaker.

But at least it wasn't a fucking shutout embarrassment where you kept watching it hoping we'd score....at all. Remember THAT?

Or, when we really were robbed by Clemson and those fuckers who call themselves officials. Also causing one of our great players Olave to have PTSD for the better part of a year.

So I'll take it. We were handed a gift with a possible rematch with TTUN. THEY were the ones who blew it.

Plus now I don't have to change my mind half a dozen times, wondering if I should book travel to CA.
