Paul Dana dead after IRL wreck

Just saw it on ESPN, believe it was Ed Carpenter and Rookie Paul Dana.

They were both airlifted. Dana looks like he took the worse of it. He was in a wreck and as his car nearly came to a stop he was hit by the other car at nearly 215 mph.

Dana had lost control and was just sitting sideways at the bottom of the track when Carpenter t-boned her at 215... horrific crash indeed.

Paul Dana is a guy, it wasn't Danica Patrick that was involved.

Just saw the clip again but if this guy lives, it will be a miracle.

The whole front of Dana's car got sheared off.

Just watch ESPN and they said they would go back for another update before the end of the show and may show it again.

they were saying that had he turned 3-4 degrees less, the impact would have been directly in the drivers seat instead of the gear box.

Just saw it. That car looked as though it was made of tissue paper the way it shredded.

Died today.

I saw the crash.... T-Boned at 220 MPH.

Yeh it was a horrible crash...He was a rookie on the IRL circuit too.
