I hate that some people make a joke of this, I only assume it is because they are the type of person that wouldn't know what to appropriately say if the circumstances were to become personal.

"Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far," Dr. Patrick George says in a statement. "All of the reports stating the time frame of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic."
