Hey I've got a great idea! Let's listen to Vince Vaughn or Russell Crowe's opinion on football... and why we're at it, catch up on their movies and personal life.:sick1:

My god. I thought the interview with Favre's wife was bad. But then they bring Vince Vaughn's re-animated corpse into the booth, too. What the holy hell!

I really don't understand what ESPN is trying to do bringing in these actors and wives into a booth with 4 guys in it already. It's not going to get more viewers. The MNF viewer is already established... you're not going to become more "diversely friendly" and boost ratings. It makes zero sense. It just pisses off the football fan that wants to watch the game.

I don't like them bringing in the actors, they don't add anything. Last night I was confused as to why they were making such a big deal about Deanna Favre until I realized it was plugging her new book.

:sarcasm font engaged:She's something special now because she survived breast cancer.....never mind all the completely un-famous people who have beaten it as well. :sarcasm font disengaged:

EDIT - It occurs to me that this won't make a lick of sense to you, seeing as you don't live in Central Ohio.

I am now 82nd out of 47,895 players on HBO's Beat The Hosts on Inside the NFL!
Thanks to the win by the Packers!
My record is:83 wins and 33 losses!

Your not picking by favorite jersey colors are you? :wink2:
I had my sister try that for me last year and she failed miserably!

Congrats though, just keep betting on them browns and you'll win it all

I should have known better than to bet against Favre on Monday night. :smash:
I have to admit, purely as a football fan, the overtime hero heave by Favre was absolutely wonderful. Off-balance, on the move he hurls that rock deep and in the blink of an eye the Packers have won. For one brief moment you saw a forty+ year old guy showing everything that made him a twenty-something phenom.

John Madden gets really jealous when someone else has a man crush on Brett Favre :p

Favre is 38.
