Pac 10 BBall Tournament

Washington or UCLA

I want ASU to win, but James Harden is a little beat up and I almost hope they lose so they can get him and Nate McMillan's son (Jamelle) healthy for the NCAA tourney. The more rest the better.

Arizona has the current longest streak of NCAA tourney appearances, with 24. They're down 62-52 with under 2 minutes left, so that streak should end.

The record is N. Carolina, with 27 straight that ended after 2001.

68-56, Final. Somewhere reagdog is smiling.

Fight! Fight! :box:

Things are getting chippy as ASU leads top-seeded UW by 13 in the second half.

I love March basketball.

USC up 20-9 in the middle of the first half in the battle of LA (semi-final).

USC probably needs to win tonight and beat ASU in the final to get a bid.

Whatever happened to UCLA this season:huh: I thought that they were supposed to make a run in the NCAA. The lost of Kevin Love must have hurt them more than I thought it would. They usually just reload.

I need Arizona State to win this one for me.

I still hate USC, but if it helped keep Uofeh out of the tournament, then I'm all for losing to USC today.

ASU needs to get McMillan back so we have some depth on the bench. You could tell they were all drained in the second half and USC had that second wind that got them that victory.

I'm not looking forward to ASU's basketball season next year when James Harden and Jeff Pendergraph are gone. They pretty much carry the team and our freshman that sit the bench won't be able to fill those shoes.

 Here's to a good 2009 NCAA tournament for ASU because I doubt we get here again next year.

Beating Uofeh 3 times in a season is awesome. ASU has beat them 5 games in a row now. Finally some bragging rights after getting our asses whipped in football.
