Is anyone else watching the Outback halftime programming, where 75% of the game video feeds are horrendous quality? Is that some weird HDTV conversion, or might they be intentionally downsampling these clips? They look like a small computer video enlarged to full-size.

That is one of the more annoying aspects of the part-time HD coverage most channels offer. When you see the pillars the feed is 480i.
