UNLV Runnin' Rebels, baby! Moved to Vegas in 1989, just in time to see one of the (if not THE) best college basketball team ever assembled. They won it all in 1990 by beating Duke 103-73 (which is still the largest margin of victory ever in a title game), but the 1991 was far better, not losing a game all year until losing to Duke in the national semifinal.

This past season, Dave Rice, a member of those teams, returned to UNLV to take the UNLV head coaching gig. He did an outstanding job, as UNLV went 26-9 in his first year with a marquee win over then-no.1 North Carolina, with an NCAA tourney berth. UNLV's future is awfully bright. It would be awesome to return to national prominence.
