Think how good it could have been if our coaches had mixed up the snap count. The biggest WTF moment from last year ....
The difference is the footwork. Moore's foot speed is on the elite scale. The kick steps and ability to close with the pass rushers is something that can't be ignored.

This years Oline is going to be like last years D line. Everybody is getting drafted except maybe RT. Going to crush people

The OL is going to be excellent this year. I think we'll be forgetting about the Miami and IU performances pretty early in the season (their only two bad games and against some ridiculously tough defensive fronts). Ian taking over at LT and being dominant would be an absolute crucial piece to a run at a title this season.

Moore at LT and Siereveld back to OG is absolutely a must imo. Two absolute bad asses in their natural positions.

In the spring, Luke Montgomery didn't mince words, saying how he and Ohio State believe Ian Moore would be a first-round pick by the time his name is entered in the NFL draft.
It was high praise for Moore, who appeared in all 14 games in 2025 as a sophomore, including one start against Purdue at right tackle in place of an injured Phillip Daniels, and admirably slotted in for an injured Austin Sierveld at left tackle in the second half of the Cotton Bowl.
"He's a dude. The God-gifted talent he's got, very explosive, good length of arms, and uses his hands really well, and super fast feet, and super explosive," Montgomery said in March. "Sky's the limit for him. We all think he's going to be a first-rounder by the time he's done here. And like I said, as a young guy like him to step in, it clicks when it clicks. It's kind of like my scenario. Sometimes, it doesn't go your way. You don't really understand why, but it clicks when it clicks, and I think it started clicking with him in the playoffs."
Since that comment, Moore has earned the starting left tackle job. Five months after saying Moore would be a first-round pick, Montgomery once again made pro-level references to Moore.
