OSU Alumni Club Game Watch Locations

Missed this before the game, but me and my brother will be watching the miami game at the new buffalo wild wings in Clermont if you are on the west side somewhere it may not be a bad ride.

So if anyone makes it this way I would advise not stopping here for a game... waitress cursed at my wife while trying to start a fight with her, then the asst general manager called us liars as he handed us an almost $200 tab...

Obviously all ThugU fans at that establishment.

The one on I-Drive is now run by an OSU fan (even alum, maybe, I forget), and the entire staff at least recognize that quite literally everyone there during game time is an Ohio State alum/fan, so it is a very Buckeye friendly place. They even put a blow-up Brutus on the porch facing I-Drive. Parking is hard to find, but the atmosphere is great.

This is not an official Alumni Club event but it is organized by a former tOSU football player, Gregory Zackeroff. I went for the OU/tOSU game and wanted to pass this along for any tOSU fans in the Cocoa Beach area. There were probably 25-30 Buckeye fans there for the game.

The San Diego "Downtown Buckeyes Club" is new and doing well. Right now a lot of people in Diego go to Pacific Beach at Moondoggies, and it's great. Only problem is it's far for some, especially if you want to have a couple of beers. East Village Tavern is located right near Petco Park in downtown. Also, it's really hard to get a good table or seat at Moondoggies unless you show up more than an hour before kick off.

Sean Scully is running it, and doing a good job thus far... e-mail him to get on the mailing list [email protected] He's also organizing other Buckeye events like Pub Runs after the games.

I joined the Cincinnati Alumni group for the 2009 bowl game at some half ass sports bar in Reading. They showed up late and went home early -- I mean by halftime it was me, my buddy and the bartender. Anybody know of a GOOD location for real Buckeye fans here in River City -- the closer to Anderson, the better.

Happened to stop at the Deep Deuce Grill this weekend and was informed that Ohio State watch location is now located at the Prohibition Room. Apparently the owner is a huge supporter of the Buckeyes.

I constantly come across Buckeye fans/alum here in L.A. So there has to be somewhere around here I can click-up with other Buckeyes in Trojan land. Seriously, UCLA is to SC what the Clippers are to the Lakers nowadays. Wouldn't even know they're in the same city. LOL!

Does anyone know of any "official" gamewatch locations for the Ft. Wayne area alumni club (they don't seem to have a website)? Even with a nice, big TV, I still enjoy watching a few games with a big group of Buckeyes. The B-Dubs off I-469 and Maysville seemed packed with a lot of OSU gear when I watched the '06 championship game there, but would like to be sure.

any other bars in the nyc/north jersey area?

I've been to Tonic (times square) last year for a few games and it was pretty good, also tried out Manny's on 2nd and that turned out to be a bust (mostly buckeye fans, but not much excitement).

For the Marshall game last year I went to Dorrians in jersey city (listed on OSU's website) and they didn't even have the big ten network.. lol

The NYC alumni group also says there's a spot in Hoboken (Pourhouse).. how is that? Or any other spots in the area?
