Oregon's Locker Room Facilities

I don't know if you folks have seen this, but it is unbelievable. I think the founder of Nike went to Oregon, which would explain where the money came from (and their crazy uniform collection).

welcome to the 2000's bra...

Phil Knight is in fact a graduate of Oregon, and Nike's headquarters are located up there in the Northwest. They use Oregon to pretty much test all of their creations and use them as advertising new stuff such as said uniforms.

When your school doesn't have any tradition, throw a lot of money at it...

At least none that you know about.
Tradition and pride wear colors that aren't often Scarlet and Gray. They've been playing football since 1893 at U of O.

Naturally since most of the Western United states was under developed from a communication and transportation standpoint their earlier exploits were probably lost.

4 conference titles in their first 100 years. Yeah, not a whole lot of history.

Tradition isn't spawned strictly from CFB. Oregon's running program is elite, and has been from some time. Phil Knight didn't start peddling his shoes to football players at the inception of his company; but instead, it was to runners. Football is the cart, and not the horse in this scenario.

Well I thought it was obvious but maybe not. By tradition I meant a Winning Football Tradition.
