I could make a nearly interminable list, but suffice it to say, Eugene sucks.

That's one thing I've found about oregon, it's beautiful but the towns leave much to be desired. I was there in 2003 for a week and I couldn't find a decent restaurant to save my life. When I lived there for a few years as a kid I loved it though, lots of good places to hike and swim.

Salem/Keizer suffices for me and my family. Portland has everything we could possibly want in regards to food and libations. And the coastal towns are excellent for all seafood (obviously).
