Thanks. Just wanted my first football post after all the other crap it felt good. He's the guy that snaps the ball to the QB.
You're welcome
Let me get this straight....you are changing hats before a NC caliber season?
You are voluntarily changing fucking hats? Voluntarily going into battle with an unproven weapon?
Ready for this season to begin! Retiring old hat next Friday night in ritual burning to the Hayes Gods and Sith Lords. Got new hotness in today. Can't fucking wait for this shit to start. Oregon State will be a nice punching bag to get all this preseason bullshit out of the way. (fuck me this image came in huge)

I have to agree. Unless this tradition has at least 2 NC's, it makes no sense.
Otherwise you keep it..just in case.
Saw a pair of Merlin, few Kestrel (bird on cover), assorted Warblers, king fishers, cedar waxwings and was lucky to see some Black back woodpeckers. Also fed a baby red squirrel an acorn. I like bird watching. There. I said it.Nice bird guide, nerd.
The smell is amazing. 19 years of sweat, hair greese, pool/pond/river/ocean/bath water, mud, cigar/bonfire/bbq smoke and for some reason a delicate hint of curry.I dunno, that old hat is pre-2010 from the old Big Ten logo before Nebraska joined, so it's got some bad juju from the end of the Tressel era.
And it's gotta stink like ass.
Been wearing since 99 season. So got 2 natties under it and this year truly feels new and fresh. The time is now. Plus I'll rub the ashes on new hat and cut the Block O out. It's happening.
