Oregon St. 14, Penn St. 45 (Final)

Because they're taking to a team that lost to Stanford last week?:2004:

And because their offense looks smooth and wide open. Better to destroy a team that lost to Stanford (a program on the up) then to get outplayed by a team who just lost to Wyoming.

Don't get me wrong, I'm expecting our teams play to improve AND I think we should beat Penn St. when we play them, but I think had we played Penn St. week 1 or 2, we leave with a loss.

Whether you agree or not, it's certainly not the bat-[censored] crazy 'sky is falling' post that you seem to think it is.

Plus I'm pretty sure Penn St. has a fair amount of starters suspended including an all big ten DE?

We should get a steady stream of PSU fans now. All wanting to discuss the merits of the transitive property. But expecting to be taken seriously, unlike 'wrestler.

The truth is:
  • OrSU played badly AT crappy valley
  • tOSU laid an all-timer of an egg AT the coliseum
  • USC is laying their annual egg AT OrSU
PSU is playing AT the 'Shoe, where the circle will become complete.

I look forward to the morons from Crappy Valley. The Oregon State-USC game will have those dopes so full of confidence it'll be absolutely hilarious when they lose to us, again.

I'm calling it right now - the Bucks will beat the Lions, and the media won't be able to comprehend it while PSU fans are swan diving off the top of Nittany Mountain.

Its hard for me to comprehend what took place last night at Corvallis. USC played a pefect game (or so they thought) against Ohio State, then go to into play the Beavers and get thier heads handed to them like that. I guess thats what being over-confident can do to a team. Now look at the Kitanny Lions and what are they thinking. Yet they have to play hard against the Buckeyes if they have visions of a National Championship. Lets hope that by the time they arrive in the Shoe, the Wells/Pryor express will be steaming in prime locomotion. And now i wonder if the Trojans are saying " Dam those Beavers"

I don't think the Lions better be fucking thinking anything before playing Illinois this week...they don't get us until October 25th...until then, they get:

Illinois
at Purdue
at Wisconsin
Michigan

If they're undefeated when they play us, they can start talking, but recent history (besides 2005) would indicate they could have 3 losses by then...and they still managed to lost to Michigan in 2005.

Where's that steady stream of PSU fans? Oh, just like USC should crush OrSU, it never materialized. Every sane sports fan knows that OrSU beat USC doesn't translate to PSU beating USC or OSU. If that's true then at least half the teams can lay their hands on the National Championship every year because they beat the team that beat the team that beat LSU or FLA.

It seems like couple of you already count the chickens before they hatch.

PSU fans were rooting for OSU when you guys played USC. OSU just never showed up. You're saying that OSU will show up and beat PSU next month. Yes, it could happen. Just like OrSU got pounded by PSU and then showed up for USC. Every great team knows that it doesn't matter how great they are, they have to respect every opponent.

You probably gave up on OSU being a great team this season by pocketing the Big10 championship before you even play one Big10 game. If that's the team's attitude, they're going to lose more than once in the Big10. Remember last year when expectations were not so high as this year? They only lost to ILL because their heads were so full of it.

Remember those undefeated regular season Miami teams that suppose to win the NCs, or the Patriots last season?

OSU won all those Big10 championships because they earned it. This year, OSU haven't earn anything yet.
