The D was a work in progress last year. Elite programs don't have multi-year works in progress phases. Hell, our LB have been slow and weak for years, but we covered that up with all-world corners and d-linemen. With those absent, the whole house of cards is crashing down.

Then that's on Washington because our 5 stars recruits at LB are not panning out or being developed.
