Yeah the Henne injury was damned mysterioso.

Some on Stadium & Main are even floating a rumor of a broken leg. If that was true I would have expected it to be abundantly obvious during the game. It was not.
Now just what does ail Henne (stop giggling right now) is open to debate, but it was something of "wow" moment when they ripped off the redshirt from Mallett. Call me cynical, but I got a firm impression of "day done, bring on the next generation, this game is over anyway."

Frankly LLLoyd showed how little he controls the team when he allows his banged-up best offensive player to continue to play despite the fact that the game was effectively over.
