That looks pretty cool. I would think that if people can find it they would pay the $10 for help.
If I were to give you any advice from a sales persons perspective it would be to add a line in there that says (normally $15) on the issue resolution pricing. I have seen that tactic work well on other sites.

I'm wondering if the flash intro should just kick to the next page after goes thru the animation (instead of creating an intro page menu)... if not, I think the menu items should be more central (you have to search for them... albeit not too long, but they aren't in an intuitive spot)
(hopefully) just giving helpful suggestions. I have conveniently forgotten everything I learned about flash in college last spring, so you have me beat.
