It sounds like solid business decisions. Unnecessarily expensive to try to be all things to all people. Specialized programs should concentrate in selected universities rather than all universities bearing the costs to support those programs. How may universities should have diversity programs? Maybe less than 100 universities should address liberal arts. If these were traditional businesses they'd be dealt with the way UWV is forced to deal with them.
