Advice on running shoes.

I am having some foot problems(heel). I know there are alot of choices out there, but I was hoping that some of you could suggest some good choices to help me get a start.

Any help will be appreciated.

The chuck taylors that I have worn don't seem to offer that much support, I guess I could give them another try.

Just some friendly advice. I run in Sauconys FWIW. I don't have heel problems though.

Heel problems can be tricky. It could just be your running shoes, it could be your running style, it could be a bone spur or a stress fracture....get it checked out and ask the doc what kind of shoes you need.

If anyone ever sees me running......stop and pick me up, I dont care what shoes I have on. I am running b/c something is terribly wrong.....either the cops are chasing me or a guy with a chain saw and mask is near by.
