Damn...that's like the one, I forget which team it was, where the guy shot from point blank range and hit all 3 irons before it rattled out. It was against Hiller, I think it was Norway.

I'm following the facebook feed on ESPN...all the disallowed goals have it melting down :lol:

The Swiss took a tough-angled shot, that I and all 3 announcers thought was a goal. The light came on, but the on-ice ref said play on.

A minute later, the USA scored, but it was waved off as Kesler was called for a penalty near the crease just as the shot was taken from out high. He had a defenseman's head in his forearm and took his helmet off.

If that puck would've crossed the line there would've been a lot more controversy, especially considering how bad of a call that penalty was.

Sad Big Brother is making me miss this game, but following the message boards is hilarious. After the Swiss one everyone was all Refs in the pocket of the Great Satan, then after the disallowed 2-0 one all the Americans came storming back :lol:

Penalty killed. Gleason took a shot on the leg and then got the puck cleared a few seconds later, when he could barely skate.

13:50 left, still 1-0.
