I'm not the greatest with spreadsheets, but I plugged in $7M, and then gave 5% interest per year, while taking out $250K a year to spend, adjusting the spending money for annual inflation rate of 3.22% (US average since the government started keep stats in 1913). Without making another dime, he could live for 41 years at an inflation-adjusted income of $250K before he ran out of money.
Don't underestimate the hidden value inherent to being a LT. He doesn't have to buy his teammates shit, while his QB and RB will be showering him with gifts for the next 8 to 10 years.
