I imagine the OL coaching position being up in the air is the biggest obstacle right now for OL recruits. Not sure what the chances are of landing Greg Studrawa hopfully we have a shot.

Not going to happen. We hired our OC. Studrawa isn't going to come here to be an OL coach when he is the OC already at a major program.

He's co-OC with Kragthorpe. No reason why he can't have the same setup here.

Keep in mind that the dead period starts in 2 hours...I doubt we hear anything until it opens back up

Perhaps, but IIRC the dead period just means coaches can't initiate contact. A kid can call a coach with a commit, and that almost always leaks. We have had commits come out during the dead period before.

Dead period just means no in person contact. They can still use telephone and email.

and for future reference, quiet period means no in person contact off campus.

So you're saying the coach can contact the players by phone or email if he wanted? Never been through the recruiting process myself, but that doesn't sound right. I'm pretty sure what Oh8ch said is correct.
