I had been saying all day that this game should have been postponed. Knowing how close all these players and coaches are at Oklahoma St. Everyone on that team looked lathargic all game, no emotions at all. Total shame that this game was played today

Okie light, Clemson of the BIG (pick a number), they do this shit every year they look good... I know in the HC thread people wanted Gundy... I want no part of him...but its because he's a man.... that loses games he shouldnt... I know its f'd up playing when 2 members of the AD died, but you gotta rise up

I seriously thought Okie State had a good shot at a national championship. Their offense was unstoppable and their defense has played very well this season.
Fake team. Bubble screen left, bubble screen right can get you only so far.

Say what about that defense? They are giving up 27.3 points and 454 yards per game, not my definition of "playing very well".

I really think Iowa State is on the right track and within this next decade may be contending for the Big 12 title (if the Big 12 stays alive). 2009 they beat Nebraska, almost beat them again in 2010, beat Texas, beat Iowa in 2011, now Okie State.

Isn't the rule, if you dont win your conference you can't play in the MNC? Thought they changed that after the Oklahoma fiasco a few years ago.

I see their website doesn't mention that but I could have sworn it was something they added after 2004

No such rule.

Replay of that fg looks like it was good as well. Over the top of the post is usually considered good.

In the end they didn't play enough defense to win. Bummer.

Was watching BTN and just now saw the replay after flipping to ESPN. From the ground level endzone cam it was pretty clear it went directly over the upright. I believe the ball has to be inside the line extended from the uprights, not over, hence the incomplete ruling.

I think it was the correct call.
