why in the world would you think it's a good idea to try to fit in a pass through a narrow window when the guy on the other end is the wrong wesson posting up?

Yes your right....I went too far saying he was unathletic because by definition your to have some talent to play major college basketball...

i just think of basketball athleticism primarily in two terms: 1) things measured in a combine and 2) fluidity, which is not measured in a combine.
for example, sam thompson had a jaw-dropping vertical. truly a great athlete. however, he was a very rigid player. he rarely looked smooth or effortless except when flying through the air. in that sense, he often looked unathletic.

Overall solid win. UCLA probably isn't a tournament team but going 3-1 against Cincy, Creighton, Syracuse and UCLA was a success along with two early B1G wins. MSU will probably bring us down to earth a bit

Good team performance by OSU. This was a culture win. One team knows how to play, the other doesn't.
I was a little worried from the standpoint that this could have been a bad loss for OSU that could have hurt them come tourney time, so it is a relief to get this one in the rearview mirror.
Provided that OSU doesnt somehow stub their toe vs High Point, the nonconference this season has been pretty much the optimal result.
