Probably just didn't trust a new freshman in that big of an opener. Which is a little odd cause unlike football an early season loss doesn't hurt you basketball if you use it to make the team better.

Welp Washington is better than I expected

I said before, a lot of people dont understand still but that Holt has a way of finding guys that will exceed expectations as frosh. Now, not every player does, but people need to be very careful before underestimating this coach. Not being in the top-100 means nothing for what Duane Washington is right now. I wouldn't trade him for more than half of the guys that were in the top-100.

That was almost my favorite part of the game. Usually, we have at least one "very bad" free-throw shooter every season. From the looks of it that might not be true this season. Hope I do not regret posting this
