But it has been determined that the tackler is on Ohio State, and there was targeting on the play. Defender is ejected.

I will also say, if I'm a skill position player, and CTE didn't exist, I'm lowering my head into the hit on every play. It's clear the refs don't give a shit about the intent of the tackle. All they care about is whether there was contact to the head or neck area, regardless of intent.
