Kinda hard when your OL is getting annihilated in both run and pass blocking.

They're getting killed because the staff is using the shotgun hands off and giving them too much time to get upfield. Go under center and fucking make them do their work between the guards. They won't get the same push upfield. When they overcommit, but then on a slant or deep PA.
