Ohio State vs. Kentucky, Saturday, 3:30 PM, CBS

The fuckers were actually talking [Mark May] about Murray during that game!!! They deserve to never get to root for a winner for the rest of their pathetic lives. Seriously, that dude was ridiculous. Otherwise they get smoked.

Lol even more amusing is half of them think the "Intentional foul" was BS while the other half agrees it was about as textbook as you can get.

Giddens made some huge effort plays down the stretch and some clutch FT's. Love our bigs this year including Bell who didn't get any burn. Whole team played with fire and effort. Casn't wait to see what Mitchell brings as well

This game has me excited about our bigs for the next few years. Giddens & Thompson are only going to get better. We're starting to see why so many teams went after Thompson when he announced he was transferring from VT.

Huge win today! This was Thads most important win in a couple of years; it shows that he has still got it.

A couple of quick thoughts.... Thompson is a stud, i love his presence inside. We have two very capable bigs this season. Bates Diop, Thompson and Tate give us our identity. They are starting to grow up and I think this is a very good squad in the making. I really enjoy rooting for this bunch. Low expectations, we just get to watch them grow and root like hell for them. Today was a huge win!

I notice where some guys are taking credit for this victory over those redneck ass holes from Lexington by saying that they did not watch the game on TV. Well, I am the reason for this victory. Yesterday morning when I opened up SportsBook I noticed that Kentucky was only favored by 10 points so I thought to myself well I hate to do this but I put some of my large vbucks on those rednecks and thus they were doomed.

Regarding the game, it was nice to see the Buckeyes really giving an effort. Intensity has been somewhat lacking this season and maybe it was the fact that the game was played in Brooklyn that brought out the intensity in our guys. Just hope that they do not forget to bring it every game.

And by the way, Thad Matta can still coach even though we lost to UConn.

You can catch the ball in the paint and pivot for an easy baby-hook instead of taking two power dribbles then getting your shot blocked by three defenders? What kind of sorcery is this?!?!

Watching the replay I saw Thompson literally sprint down the court for a dunk, make that sweet hook shot, and go up strong for another one handed dunk. I then saw Giddens make not one, but TWO hook shots. I swear a single tear escaped my eye.

Best post play since JJ took his game to the Celtics. Saw good things with all three. the Offensive rebound numbers were staggering (>0), and there was an intensity that simply hasn't been existent for this year and most of the last two years as well. Will the real tOSU BB team stand up please! The thing (besides post play, natch) was that instead of the passing around, going closer to the ten second line instead of the basket, when a basket is needed, was that there were several that 'wanted' to take the shot. And then made it. No pull up and gun, but pass, pass, pass, and work for the open shot. and then drain it, kept the Buckeyes in the lead. When Kaintuck made a big tOSU lead evaporate, the Buckeyes gritted their teeth and played D. That kid who couldn't miss was an anomaly, as the rest of the Kentucky players didn't seem to do as much. Great game, (TiVoed it!), and great grit. Kinda surprised that Mickey didn't get in, but that's a Matta trademark, play few people. Go Bucks, make this the turning point for the season...
