Well, to be fair, you were busy writing "Lick my love pump" around that time. That SI article on Corso and Indiana is fascinating. I remember those days, but remember them differently because of what time does to distort things. Really enjoyable read.

I've watched chunks of the Wake Forest game and obviously MSU game, imo the best comp for IU is Tulsa.
Defense is better than it has been in years past (so far) so sprinkle in a few more of the B1G level athletes (their LB's look pretty decent actually) and maybe they keep it a little closer than Tulsa did. Then again, maybe they don't but I see a similar kind of spread.
You would, too, if you're on a 21-game losing streak against Ohio State and have a series record of 2-52-2 since 1952...Welcome to IU's bowl game week. They never seem to be able to get up for anyone else but overdose on cialis for the Buckeyes.

59-9. IU has three FGs. D still does not give up a rushing TD.66-10
After reading that 1977 Sports Illustrated article, it occurred to me that Lee Corso is kind of reminiscent of Mel Brooks.Best Indiana/Lee Corso story...
