Sugar Bowl 2009, Arkansas recorded a safety against OSU where Herron was pushed back into the end zone, but then broke out of the tackle before being tackled in the end zone. That was called a safety. Explain the difference now, please?

On the bright side, the delay of game would've gotten us about an inch (half the distance).
