We are averaging 7.6 yards on 18 carries, so why the fuck have we thrown it 20 times?

Dobbins and Weber have 10 carries - combined.

It is frustrating. But i think a sort of get it. I think the staff knows what they have with the running game. I think they see this as an opportunity against an overmatched opponent to work out the part of the O that, frankly, stinks right now. I'll be shocked if that changes agter the half, as frustrating is it may be for the fans.

I think that the coaches believe they can build this around Barrett and that they are trying to build his confidence. Takd the penalties away and he did a bit better this half, albeit against a team outside the top 75.

The challenge to the defense is to not give up 8+ minute drives.

Weber and Dobbins should have 10 carries EACH, not combined, at halftime.

Those last two drives were maddening. JT is struggling, we're averaging almost 8 yards a pop on the ground, so let's have him throw it over and over, again.

Apparently the refs don't realize they can call holding penalties on Army too. Dear lord they run the ball 50 freakin times a quarter and yet they magically never get called, yet anytime we move the ball 10yds we get called.

There's part of me that misses Tressel's run it up the gut three times playcalling. Then the other part of me remembers how most of those plays only resulted in three yards total the majority of the time lol.
