I never seen so many bad shots go on the scoreboard. SDSU will lose their games on bad shooting this season. Their Defense and physical play though will win a lot.

Feels a lot like a Thad Matta team. Defense will give them a chance on games they are off

Part of the growth process. Had it been another 20-something in the second half I'd be more concerned. We saw some stuff in the second half.

Technically tied at 51 the second half but I would call that really a Buckeye win because of the fouls late giving them free throws.

Buckeyes need to keep Key out of foul trouble and Sueing needs to become a serious leader but it might not be in his makeup

I like the way this team is built more than the last few. I think they could be quite formidable come February/March.

Looking at game stats it isn't as bad as I first thought. They ended up hitting three more 3's and only out rebounded us 37-34. OSU only had 8 to's as well. FTs were good again as well. Now them out shooting us 51% to 42% tells the story
