I lead, you follow.
Allow me to impart some wise words that were given to me by my late Grandmother.
I used to call her before games and we would talk football. No joke, she was the Matriarch of the family when it came to sports. She carried around a small picture of A.J. Hawk for the longest time and anyone
that was brought home to meet the family immediately received a quiz on who her favorite player was. Anywho, this story, as of this week, is now 10 years old. A decade has gone by... Allow me a moment to reflect.
I called her about 8:30 the morning of The Game. The Buckeyes Rose Bowl ticket punched the week before in the OT win vs Iowa. It was one of the shortest and most on point conversations I ever remember having with her.
I simply said I hope the defense keeps shining and I'm excited about seeing them play in Pasadena. To that point in my life, I never ever remembered hearing my Grandma curse and never once afterwards. Her only input
in the conversation was her immediately snapping back - "The Rose Bowl doesn't mean a damn thing if we don't beat *ichigan".
Damn right, Grandma. Little else seems to matter when you don't beat *ichigan.
Sage like words from a woman that was a true Saint.

My dream scenario. Harbaugh and his merry band of idiots start talking smack about Chase Young this week.
Gameday: Chase young gets 5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles and forces an pick-6. Up 48-0, Day puts Chase Young in as a fullback on the PAT and says, "Get me two, Chase." Chase gets him two. This is my dream, and I'm sticking with it until reality strikes it down.
