Play calling in the red zone has been criminally awful

It all comes back to not being able to run the ball. Haskins is great, but teams adjust over the course of the season when they realize that's your only threat.

I'd still try Martell and the read option for a series to see if that loosens up the running game. What do we have to lose? We've got 6 fucking points?

Good thing we would only play them in playoffs after a month to improve. Not that I think we should be mentioned in same sentence right now, but perhaps we should focus on Perdue and B1G. All of which we can beat - flawed or not.

My suggestion is run it on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th if needed in the red zone. If you can’t get it against Purdue on the ground in 4 attempts, start benching linemen.

No TD but that drive is very promising. Move fast. When they slow down the tempo, the D can adjust and make plays. Moved quick and right down the field. End result wasn't a TD this time. No worries if they stick to that. See what D can do
