To the bolded - look at the kid who just left Clemson. Yes he waited his turn, yes he put in the work, but that's not a guarantee of anything going forward.

Dabo Swinney is a slimey used car salesman, but he probably made the right decision. And the kid didn't like it and more or less quit. That's pathetic.

I do agree, and of course this is why "Never Tweet" is always the best policy to begin with... but once the hornet's nest has been kicked, best to just tough it out and take a few stings. No amount of apologizing or explaining or wishing we could go back in time will make any difference to the hornets.

Sorry guys, thought this was the shit posting thread. Got confused after the multiple pages of debate on the merits of PSU as a rival and how the OSU media team is advocating domestic violence cover-up.

I don't think apologizing would be useful to anyone, I think they should've known better than to post it in the first place. Saying "fuck everyone, do what you want" is cute if you're talking about message board policy, not when you have to deal with actually representing Ohio State and everything that comes with that.

If they had posted the same picture a year from now, no one cares. Doing it a few weeks after the investigation and right before Urban's second game back is asking for all of this shit to be rehashed. It's just wasn't smart in any capacity.
