Ohio State Men's Lacrosse (2025 B1G Champs)

I don't have the level of inside knowledge you'd have, but my interactions were always positive with him. Then again, I didn't play for him.
Nailed it. I think he’s a fine guy but I’m mixed on how he’s received by players at times. And in fairness to the guy, a team of 45 has 12.6 ‘ships fully funded so everyone is a walk-on more or less. If I wasn’t getting money I’d be asking if it was worth the effort, especially in light of the fact that I can still play high level lacrosse year round with the club team and have a LOT more fun along the way.

Just sayin': The B1G LAX Tournament in Ann Arbor doesn't seem to have any "home field advantage" for scUM......

Nice win yesterday. Key for Saturday: don’t turtle. Pun intended. UMD’s D is for real. The outside shooting will have to be on point to spread the D out so they can work the ball the way that have thus far. They’ve moved the ball very well so far and it’s given them a LOT of time and space shots. I don’t think you beat UMD with that alone, but it’s part of the recipe for getting them out of position and finding the matchups they want.

It would be nice to get the auto-bid but this group will get an at large even if they don’t win on Saturday.

I’ll have two kids that I’ve coached in the NCAA tourney. It will be cool to watch.

Didn't know who won the Rutgers v tOSU, so was happy when chanced upon MD v the Good Guys. More than happy when saw the scoreboard, and seeing tOSU fill the net with some pretty good shake-and-bake moves. Switched away so as to not jinx the Buckeyes. Great win, now on to playing the Ivy League guys. Go Bucks!

Early game plan was solid. UMD was not expecting it as fast and furious as they were getting it. It was very unlike them to be on their heels like that… and to stay like that for almost a full quarter.

Nice mix of winning 1:1 matchups / dodges and crisp ball movement for time and space shots.

Obviously it takes the team to win, but Tasty played out of his mind all tourney. Hope it continues. If it does, they could have a long run. Truly deserved the tourney MVP.

Hats off to coach, great season that could have gone sideways with the early loss and a bunch of transfers in the locker room. They came together well.
