Pretty big win yesterday over the Domers in SB. We went down 6-2 right before the half. Then ND scored to open the second so we were down 7-2 (for those who aren't into maths). Came back to tie it at 8s early in the 4th. Went up 10-8. All that was left was to kill the 80-second shot clock. With 90-seconds left, Jasinski put it on the ground after getting doubled coming out of a TO. Pretty uncharacteristic for him as he's got one of the better handles on the team... and he's pretty greasy (in a good way) too.
Anyhow, ND scores after a TO and then wins the draw and scores again with under 40 seconds left in the game to tie.
Domers won the draw, had a nice break with a feed to the island (right on the doorstep of the goal). Kirson had a heck of a save, as he was dead to rights, to keep it tied.
tOSU ball and a TO called to set up the play. Two man game (think pick and roll) where Colby Smith got free while the ball was doubled. Got a quick pass and took a step down of about 20-25 ft for the game winner 11-10.
Survived another week undefeated. Went into the weekend at #5. May rise a bit as Cuse took down dookie today. Rutgers at home next week. They're a good test. State Penn coming up after, and they're the top of the heap right now. After the Domers, State Penn will be the next real test.
