The lack of discipline on both sides of the ball at this point in the season points to the coaching staff. The entire staff needs to be overhauled in the offseason.

Yep and you combine the declining defense since 2016 left and it screams coaching.

Defense needs shaken up IMO what they believe in is not working. They need new beliefs, a new scheme, and new coaching.

It's completely broken.

He's the safeties coach. The safeties suck.

You recruited a bunch of athletes and tried to put them at safety - he had no part in that. You can't teach kids instincts, and good luck teaching angles. You have it or you don't, don't give him goose shit and expect steak.
