to break it down for the folks at home, there was a 12 second difference between game and shot clock.
The Buckeyes manage to run off all of 17 seconds into their possession before Tate drives wildy into the lane and spins around for a travel. Worst case they could have held the frickin' ball for 13 seconds and thrown up a shot to waste time under 10 seconds.

This team would have actually made the NCAA tournament if we had won the 3 games we blew at home against Nebraska and Florida Atlantic and didn't get shafted by the refs vs Purdue.
Would be 20-10 (8-9) and would only need a win at home vs Indiana to get to 21-10 (9-9) and be a near lock for the tournament with all the crap on the bubble this year.
