They've overachieved massively this year, so I'm not too bent out of shape about the recent struggles. If anything, it makes me feel really good about the direction of the program.

Tate on the block, KBD on the block, Wesson on the block. Low cross screens and have to own it inside. CJ can shoot an open three on a kickout only.

Questionable stuff where you want them to be better, but they just aren't/can't be. Patching what we can this year and it's been marvelously done.
Doesn't make it any less frustrating in the moment, though.

It doesn't, but there was a point where they were scouring rec-leagues for bodies. They are terribly thin depth-wise, so a late season swoon was really pretty inevitable.
All thay said, get the goddamned W.

It has been very frustrating lately..but a lot of the early Big wins was more teams taking us way to lightly ...now we are the hunted.

That's part of it, I'm sure, but with this little depth, fatigue is probably the bigger factor lately.

People are overplaying how this team was rated so low in the preseason. At that time people didn't know what to expect from KBD. Add in a much improved Jackson and a good Kaleb Wesson, plus everyone already knew Tate was good and you have one of the best starting 5s in the Big Ten
