I think you were right on the money. Seems like for the second year in a row we're facing a team that we match up horribly with. Funny thing is that last year's team was much better suited to face a team like UT tonight and this year's team is much better suited to face a team like G'Town last year.

I must admitt this is horrible.. almost as HORRIBLE as our championship output on Jan. 8th. I for one don't see a comeback out of reach, but in saying that I've always believed this team was NOT a #1 seed material. It seems like they never know what to do out there on offense? Go low to oden? Or shoot the three? Besides the mass confusion there, our defense is horrible tonight. Wide open three's, and the Tennessee players are making beautiful passes backdoor for easy lay ups. Personally it looks like our team DID NOTHING to get ready for this game... very disappointing first half. GET THESE BOYS FIRED UP MATTA!!

Tennessee has everything going for them right now and it will take a big play to get this game turned around... come on buckeyes!

Oden and Conley picked up their fouls, and hardly anybody else was playing aggressively enough to pick up a foul.

At this point, somebody just needs to go out there and go berserk doing something, even if it's hacking or undercutting somebody going for a rebound. Do something - just make sure you're doing it at 100 mph and with fury.

Yep. It looks like Matta and his staff did just about as much to prepare for this game as Tressel and the staff did to prepare for the NC game.
