Game Thread Ohio State 38, Toledo 0 (Sep 19, Browns Stadium)

Overall, I'm pleased with OSU's performance on both sides of the ball today. The D-Line has set up camp in the offensive backfield and the secondary is playing well. We've seen some nice holes from the O-Line and for the most part, Pryor is making some great decisions and throws.

Well, Tress was clearly not going for the jugular in that last drive.

I think it was a good half, with some minor things to complain about, which I won't.

Heading towards my 38-14? (I forgot what I picked) score...

revision - 45 - 7 :)

Lou Holtz: What a pass by Pryor, perfect throw. I don't care who you're playing, that was a beauftiful perfectly placed pass.

Mark May: Lou this is the 107th ranked pass defense.

Lou: Can't you recognize talent where it is?

Rece Davis: Pryor reminds me of Matt Jones, without the off the field issues.

Over on the Cal-Minny halftime report, Mark May is talking shit about Toledo's pass defense, basically saying anybody could do what Pryor is doing. Holtz telling him that he's got to give credit where credit is due.

How May remains employed is beyond me.

Still struggling with interior running although o-line health issues aren't helping. It seems as though the defense sees those plays coming so perhaps we're doing something to tip them off because there often seems to be 8 men waiting for it.

Pryor has been solid for the most part with a few great plays and a couple clunkers. Dane, Saine, Boom all chipped in.

Defense? What can you say? Zero points allowed and not much yardage, either. We ain't Colorado. :oh:

Mark May is a godless son of a bitch, we all know that. Fuck him, fuck ESPN's halftime and postgame shows.

You know why the don't have a PAC10NET like B10NET? Why, when you already have ESPN?
All they talk about on College Football live, Final or halftime shows is USC, Notre Dame and a random B12 team. Fuck it.

Mark May could only harp on the fact that Toledo has the 107th ranked pass defense. Of course he didn't mention its onlt week three and that Toledo has scored over 50 points in both of its games requiring their opponents to abandon the run in the second quarter in order to keep up.

Oh come on, that would require being a decent analyst. He's more interested in stuffing Pete Carrolls cock in his mouth.

One wonders how mobile TP will be against PSU.

I seem to remember Troy transitioning to a passing qb and not putting up the rush numbers and taking a little criticism for it.

I'm willing to be patient here. I think Terrell is certainly using his legs more today, but will continue to force the passing until he gets it. I just wish he was allowed to use those legs last week!

The 55 second drill looked better today against hapless Toodly Do.
