Penn State has the best fans in college football. With such witty, funny, and intelligent signs at GameDay as ":osu:verrated", it's easy to see why Penn State is the backup school to a fancy, shmancy Ivy League school.

Oh, wait, that's a terrible sign, and will look awful when the Buckeyes walk out with the W.

I've noticed he's done that a lot this year. He did the same thing during the Florida/LSU Gameday. Said how great the fans were and then took the Tigers lol
