I got on to say this.... If a tackler leads with his head it should be a penalty plain an simple. It is extremely dangerous and unnecessary.

Unless we're talking about a defenseless player (airborne WR or extended QB), it's football. It's extremely dangerous to be on the receiving end of Beanie's helmet too.
