Please ignore my name as I am a born and raised Wolverine, but my wife who is a born and raised Buckeye has never been to Ohio Stadium. and As we are flying into Columbus for a wedding I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get in? Thanks in advance

Check the gates :wink: All of 'em. Seriously. It's likely locked but you never know when you may get lucky. See my avatar... I shot that pic a few years ago of my boys in the Shoe on July 5th. There was some work being done inside and we found an open gate. A few other people were in the stadium as well... just be smart and respectful and my guess is if you find an open gate, nobody will give you much trouble.

Hint: Remove all blue before approaching. The alarms will go off. :wink:

I'd e-mail the athletic department ahead of time and make a request. You might get lucky and find an open gate, but you could also get unlucky and find the gate padlocked when you tried to get out. I walked past all gates a couple of weeks ago and every one was locked.

my joke with her is she had to go to Michigan to find a real man... lol not trolling just a joke... But thanks! she will love this... any good restaurants near the stadium maybe get a beer or two before the tour?

I walked right in a number of years ago when I was home. I think they were working on the skyboxes then, took a bunch of pictures too with my son. Went back to the van to watch the lab while my wife and daughter went in, as soon as they set foot inside a gate, someone yelled at them to get out. Running joke for many years around here... :biggrin:

You do realize that if you step into the shoe with any of that scUM shit on you'll melt the moment you walk into the stadium right?
