    • BLUE ASH, Ohio ? Police in Ohio say an 89-year-old woman is facing a charge of petty theft because neighborhood children accuse her of refusing to give back their football.

    Edna Jester was arrested last week in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash.
    Police say one child's father complained that Jester kept the youngsters' ball after it landed in her yard. Police Capt. James Schaffer says there has been an ongoing dispute in the neighborhood over kids' balls landing in the woman's yard.

    What if one of the little fucks hurt himself on her property while getting the ball? I'll tell you what: His parents would sue the old lady due to her "negligence" in not preventing the kids from harm on her property although they aren't supposed to be on it in the first place.

    Re: The Blue Ash city solicitor and the city prosecutor have decided to drop a misdemeanor theft charge, something she was slapped with after she refused to give a 13-year-old neighborhood boy his football back.

    Not surprising, I'm sure that they don't want the AARP to make an isssue of this when they run for reelection. :biggrin:

    Good point. Maybe the asshole parents should just buy an xbox and a case of pringles. Two weeks later, the kids wouldn't be able to hop her fence.
