Ohio +1.5 at Buffalo (ov/un 46.5) Tue 7 ET, ESPN2

Ohio's QB was going to score easily on a keeper up the middle. On second down, he's inside the 5, starts to stick the ball out, gets bumped from the side, and ends up two yards deep in the end zone without the ball, which Buffalo recovered for a touchback.

Way too many guys trying to stick the ball over the line instead of just holding it tight and making sure you get as far forward as possible.

And I'm not just bitching because I've got Ohio and the over. :tongue2:

Easy solution. Just change the rule to the ball and your hips both need to cross the goal line. Didn't it use to be that way back in the old days?

Contrary to popular belief, I missed the Princeton-Rutgers game in 1869.
