Good vid pnuts - I can see the Weber comparison, also reminds me of Frank Gore when he was in college the way he reads and uses his hand as a feeler. Only problem is you can do that in HS, doing that in college you have to be more selective. That's where some of our RB's that came in highly ranked have struggled as well. It's a hard line to balance.

We'll see how Sibley develops but he doesn't appear as ready as Weber was....would like to see quicker feet but a lot of that is going to fall back on core strength and if he is an EE next year he should get help in that department pretty quickly. He gets up to speed quickly though, he can tilt and not lose speed.....never seen him in person yet so can't speak to his blocking. He's a good looking back, has plenty of room to grow but he has the mentality you like to see and certainly has a very high ceiling.

I love how we are recruiting this position recently. We are consistently bringing in pure backs that can run between the tackles (Dunn, Zeke, Weber), grind on defenses and get extra yards, while also grabbing guys like McCall (in years past think Samuel and Wilson) that can be dynamic in the open field but will primarily play WR. The biggest gripe with past UFM teams was the lack of running backs like Weber and Sibley. Thankfully, we are in no position to do so anymore. Really excited about Sibley.
