2025 OH RB Lamar "Bo" Jackson has signed his LOI!!!

We should also look for a third RB from south Florida, who we can lose to Miami at the last minute.
It’s a tradition!
I don't have any problems with the kids getting their money. I just wish they wouldn't commit to OSU if there is any indication they may want a bag of money. It takes the focus away from other kids who can be potential Buckeyes. It is also happening in the DL.

If OSU isn't going to be a player in the up front NIL game, that is fine, so why even swim in that pool? It is a disservice to Alford and LJ who spend years developing a relationship with the kids, only to see a school like the U come in with a huge bag of cash in November.

This cycle, OSU should just completely focus on the 2 kids from Cleveland.

Call me Negative Nelly, but don't believe tOSU can sit back and wait for a 5* stud to go into the portal. With the vetting these kids do nowadays, cannot believe that the 'love' they feel can turn into disdain so quickly. Soooo, methinks there's some warts on these guys somewhere. Maybe excess ego, homesickness, not so great work ethic, dunno. Still believe that one has to recruit to the fullest, and see what falls out. Best I can imagine is a kid from a lesser league, MAC, AAC, etc that blows up, and he has someone in his ear to shoot for the stars (SEC or B10). And then one sees whether a big frog in a small pool can become a big frog in a large pool, or get eaten up.

Some recent visits especially to Michigan and Tennessee have opened the eyes of Jackson even more but a return trip to Ohio State might have centered the Buckeyes back to the top of his recruitment. The four-star running back from Cleveland (Ohio) Villa Angela-St. Joseph spent a lot of time with new offensive coordinator Chip Kelly and the message from coach Ryan Day is that he’s wanted Jackson to become a Buckeyes commit since his freshman season.

Yeah I'll take that RB class in a heartbeat. Davis was my preference on the Ohio guys, but what do I know. Would love to have Bo.
Davis was mine too. It killed me to have to post that OSU was pretty much moving on, but Jackson is no slouch and brings a level of power that won’t be on the roster. Would still be a grade A class if it’s Jackson and Davidson. And wouldn’t be surprised if there was 1 more
