That's because scUM's been going after those recruits for over a year now. UFM's only been at the job for the past 6 months. Understandable that scUM's made a better impression over that time with the athletes. Now give him the time to recruit athletes year round, and you will see results. In fact, you will even see results when UFM's trying to close, like you did last year.
